The data service serves this function, and the terminal has no screen for it yet: typing it opens a panel that says what is planned.
Usage
Type <SYMBOL> SPLC into the command line and press ENTER.
Without a symbol it opens for the instrument the panel group is on. SPLC HELP shows this help in the terminal.
